We run a general help mailing list. Please make sure you subscribe and pose your question in the correct manner to get a valid response. Failure to do this will probably mean your message will go un-answered. Clicking on the link should allow your news reader to be activated, you can then subscribe to the link. Send an email to the address to become a member, you will need to validate this by reply.
There are a variety of commands you can use to modify your subscription. Send a message to Mail List Help to get a list emailed to you.
