User created wishlist which is acted upon.Simply add games to your wishlist, classic will receive an email of any modifications to your list and act upon this, getting you that game is then made a priority. If you can’t remember the title then please add in a good description, we may know the game from this. Also please try and post a message in the forum to see if anyone else knows the game title.
Access to all the related files, cheats and manuals.All cheats, manuals and walkthroughs as well as related files will be opened exclusively for our memebers.
Prioritised games support.Emails received from our members are marked as urgent and we respond as such, giving you the best service in trying to make that game work. Please be aware though that many of these games are DOS and are not that easy to get going on modern Operating Systems. Using Boot Discs and Dos commands may be necessary so please be aware you may need some advanced knowledge of computers to get these classics running again.
Speed and Reliability.With extra funds Classic PC games will be moving to enhanced servers and provide greater bandwidth. Also as bandwidth is now dedicated to members only, speed enhancements should be very noticeable. However if you think that your download is unaturally slow then please contact us stating the connection rate that you were downloading at. As more funds become available Classic will scale with the need, we try to be a non-profit site and justify the user cost by promising to deliver the speed and files.
Subscription amount and length.The cost for this service is mimimum GBP £10 for a months membership. This is a the startup price and may reduce depending on the number of users who signup. Classic just needs to cover its costs in bandwidth. To Sign up you will need a valid credit card, we will take £10 of this if you are successful. Your credit card is never rebilled.
Unsubscribing.There is no need to unsubscribe form this service. You are given one months access to the site after this time you will be automatically unsubscribed and not rebilled. If you wish to sign up again then please Login and go through the payment process again.
Dispute Resolution.Classic follows a strict rule for resolution dispute, if you feel the service provided has not been transparent enough and you feel that what is on offer has not been satisfactory then we will look into your claim and make a swift judgement. Reolution will only be accepted for the current month of signup no back issues can be brought forward when making a claim.
Under EU law you have the right to cancel this subscription within Seven days of the start of your membership. If for any reason you want to cancel this service then please contact Classic Games through the contact form: [EMAIL] and state the reasons for cancelation.
Signing up for an account.There are many places to click to signup for an account. The two links that are always available are on the top navigation and on the left hand side navigation. Simply hit these and follow the instructions on join page. All fields are required. WorldPay has a thorough Fraud prevention policy and fraudsters will be punished to the full effect of the law. Classic will pass on all details to relevant authorities and pass IP addresses on to ISP’s for termination of accounts.
